La Faisanera Restaurant has been the winner of the II Sweet Tapas Contest organized by the City Council of Palazuelos de Eresma throughout the month of November. Alí Errousi, chef and manager of La Faisanera, located in the clubhouse of the La Faisanera golf course, has achieved maximum recognition from both the jury and the popular vote. This is an original cap of cod and onion confit dressed with chef vinaigrette and prawn bread.
The two awards were delivered yesterday at an event held at the City Hall, chaired by the Councilors for Economic Promotion, Elena Rincon, and Tourism, Javier Aragoneses, who organized the contest.
The winner received lots of products from DYC, Coca Cola and Mahou, and a commemorative framed diploma. The organization distributed 10 awards donated by the sponsors.
