Baked trout

Recipe for 1 ration


  • Trout
  • Lemon slices
  • Dry or fresh dill
  • Small potatoes 3
  • Half green pepper and half red
  • 1 Tomate
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. We cut them into slices one centimeter thick. We put a little olive oil in the oven and the potato slices making a bed. Season and bake 180º for 15 min.

We remove the potatoes from the oven and add the pepper slices. We add more oil and salt. We put back in the oven for about 10 min. We finish with the tomato slices and bake some 5 min again.

While it is baked, we cut the fish on its back and put a few slices of lemon. Arrange the fish over the vegetables and potatoes and water with a drizzle of oil, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.

We bake for about 7 min.
